Digital Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to join a large global business and drive strategic projects that support marketing transformation and business growth. This hands‑on position owns projects from initiation to delivery, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely execution, measurable outcomes, and real impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of strategic marketing and business change projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines and success measures.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, keeping priorities and dependencies on track.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans to keep projects moving.
• Run project meetings, provide regular updates and keep stakeholders informed throughout.
• Partner with data and analytics teams to support reporting and measure the success of key initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, introduce new ways of working and increase marketing efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence to influence at all levels.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to explain ideas, recommendations and progress clearly.
• Good understanding of project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar.
• Previous experience working closely with marketing teams and a solid grasp of marketing KPIs and performance.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to support decision‑making.
