Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

HelloKindred, a staffing agency for marketing, creative and technology roles, is recruiting a Digital Marketing Specialist for its client in the IT services and IT consulting industry. The role supports the ongoing development, optimisation and delivery of digital marketing activity, covering website management, marketing automation, digital campaigns, SEO, AEO, GEO and creative content. It is fully remote, 4 days per week at 8 hours per day, on a 6-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Website and CMS: develop and launch new pages, redevelop existing ones to improve the user journey and conversion, maintain the site in the CMS and keep content accurate and aligned with brand guidelines.
• SEO, AEO and GEO: optimise content for organic visibility, support technical SEO hygiene and prepare content for search and AI-driven discovery.
• Marketing automation and HubSpot: run and report on campaigns, build and schedule campaigns, support automation workflows and audience segmentation, and maintain marketing databases.
• Digital campaigns and social media: publish campaigns across channels, schedule and post LinkedIn content, and track performance.
• Creative and content: produce short-form video, basic artwork and visual assets, and keep a consistent brand look and feel using Adobe Creative Cloud.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist or similar.
• Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing, website optimisation and campaign management.
• Experience with video editing and digital content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Legally authorised to live and work in the country where the position is based, without employer sponsorship.

Required skills

• Essential hands-on experience with HubSpot
• Working knowledge of WordPress or a similar CMS
• Understanding of SEO, AEO and GEO
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
