Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Sweet Robo is looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist based in South Africa to own end‑to‑end paid‑advertising campaigns. You will work directly with the marketing strategist and sales leadership to generate qualified leads for the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run lead‑generation campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
• Own and optimise cost‑per‑lead, lead quality and hand‑off to sales.
• Create ad copy, images, video cuts and multiple variations for testing.
• Set up and maintain Meta pixel, Google tags and conversion events.
• Analyse performance data, recommend scaling or pausing campaigns.
• Design and improve landing pages, leveraging Claude AI where possible.
• Monitor and protect brand reputation on social and review sites.
• Maintain an organic social presence alongside paid efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience running qualified‑lead campaigns with measurable CPL improvements.
• Hands‑on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads – not just theory.
• Ability to create all creative assets yourself (copywriting and design).
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude AI for landing‑page creation.
• Strong analytical mindset, fluent written English, reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
• Based in South Africa and able to work New York (EST) business hours.
