Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Radiant Law is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to lead B2B demand generation and manage day‑to‑day marketing operations. Working closely with the executive team, you will own the execution of campaigns, webinars, content creation, data management and reporting to support the firm’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run multi‑channel demand‑generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn (organic and paid) and webinars.
• Own the end‑to‑end webinar programme, including planning, promotion, logistics and post‑event content repurposing.
• Create and edit LinkedIn posts, newsletters, case studies and client updates that translate complex legal work into compelling stories.
• Maintain clean data structures, manage the contact database and produce reliable campaign reporting.
• Keep the website up‑to‑date, improve SEO visibility and support directory and awards submissions.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of digital marketing experience with a proven B2B demand‑generation track record.
• Creative thinker who balances strategic judgement with hands‑on execution.
• Confident, organised self‑starter able to work independently in a small team.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with senior leadership and marketing assistants.
