Digital Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and data‑savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to support TalentPop’s e‑commerce growth. This remote position will help improve online visibility, craft engaging content, and assist with key marketing initiatives across our Shopify store and other marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and schedule email marketing content and newsletters to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
• Collect, analyse, and report campaign performance data using Excel (e.g., open rates, website traffic, conversions).
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, research messaging, and identify marketing trends.
• Manage and update website content, banners, and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and assist in implementing new digital marketing tactics across channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email‑marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing ability with a focus on brand‑consistent copy.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a personal PC or laptop with at least an i5 processor.
