Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a remote Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. You will help improve online visibility, create engaging content, and assist with key marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and schedule email marketing content and newsletters.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies to boost organic traffic.
• Collect, analyze, and report campaign performance data using Excel.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation and identify marketing trends.
• Update website content, banners, and landing pages for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor competitor activities and help implement new digital marketing tactics.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and email marketing best practices.
• Strong writing and editing abilities for clear, brand‑consistent copy.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and basic analysis.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
