Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a creative and data‑savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to support TalentPop’s e‑commerce growth. Working remotely, you will help increase online visibility, drive traffic to our Shopify store and other marketplaces, and contribute to revenue‑generating campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit and schedule email newsletters and marketing copy to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO initiatives, including keyword research and performance monitoring.
• Collect, analyse and report campaign metrics such as open rates, website traffic and conversions using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Utilise AI‑powered tools to streamline content creation, research messaging and uncover emerging trends.
• Update website banners, landing pages and product‑launch content.
• Monitor competitor activities and assist in deploying new digital tactics across channels.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably within e‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research and email‑marketing best practices.
• Excellent written communication with a focus on brand‑consistent copy.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
