Digital Marketing and Technology Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing and Technology Specialist will support the implementation and optimisation of the company’s digital marketing, branding and social media strategies. Working with a range of digital channels – websites, webinars, video platforms, mobile apps, blogs and email – the role monitors performance, produces reports and ensures alignment with overall communication objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage digital media platforms projects, including development, support and enhancements.
• Assist in the implementation of new digital marketing technologies and ensure they follow approved architecture.
• Configure, test and maintain third‑party digital platforms and analytics tools.
• Produce performance statistics, research reports and clear dashboards for stakeholders.
• Research emerging digital marketing trends and recommend optimisation opportunities.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on schedule.
• Provide guidance to business units on leveraging digital platforms to improve client relationships.
• Maintain documentation, specifications and testing procedures for all digital assets.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in a fast‑paced digital marketing environment.
• Relevant digital marketing certification or a degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver projects on time.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data‑driven decision making.
