Digital and Social Media Manager

About the role

The PR & Brand Network is looking for a Digital and Social Media Manager to lead its online presence in Maseru. You will shape digital strategies, produce engaging content, and drive audience growth across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and YouTube.
• Create compelling copy for posts, ads and digital campaigns.
• Develop and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely publication.
• Monitor performance using Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics, producing regular reports.
• Collaborate with clients, presenting insights and recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and content creation.
• Coordinate multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Journalism, English or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting ability and excellent communication skills.
• Client‑facing experience and proven organisational attention to detail.
• Own vehicle and residence in Maseru.
