DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a high‑performing technology team supporting a large‑scale retail environment. You will design, implement and automate software delivery pipelines, infrastructure platforms and operational processes across on‑premises and multi‑cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for .NET and related workloads.
• Support and optimise Azure DevOps Server while driving migration to GitHub Enterprise.
• Implement DevSecOps best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform for Azure and AWS.
• Manage hybrid infrastructure spanning on‑premises data centres, Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
• Support IIS‑hosted applications, F5 load balancers and related platform services.
• Use Dynatrace for monitoring, alerting, dashboard creation and performance analysis.
• Maintain disaster recovery processes, conduct DR testing and ensure RTO/RPO compliance.
• Participate in on‑call support, incident management and root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in DevOps within large‑scale, high‑availability environments such as retail.
• Strong understanding of modern DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, CI/CD and observability.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid infrastructure management.
• Ability to work 24/7 on critical systems and contribute to transformation initiatives.
