DevOps Engineer (Azure)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure to join a high‑performing engineering team. You will design, automate, and optimise enterprise‑grade cloud platforms while collaborating in a fast‑paced Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Azure infrastructure using Terraform.
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
• Deploy and manage containerised workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Administer Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB and Redis Cache, ensuring performance, scalability and security.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights and the ELK stack.
• Develop and support Azure Durable Functions for serverless workloads.
• Apply cloud security best practices, including identity, network and secrets management.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and continuously improve platform reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to promote DevOps and DevSecOps practices.
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering or related software engineering roles.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with production‑grade Microsoft Azure environments.
• Proven track record building CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Azure certifications are a strong advantage.
