About the role
The Platform Engineer will thrive on designing and building amazing Kubernetes‑based platforms. He/she will be responsible for engineering, delivering, and operationalising Managed Kubernetes environments for customers across cloud, on‑premise and hybrid settings. The role combines deep technical expertise with strong collaboration to ensure solutions meet business needs. This permanent senior position offers the chance to work remotely while supporting projects throughout the Middle East and beyond.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build technical solutions such as Kubernetes and Ansible.
- Provide support services to customers and act as an escalation path for support teams.
- Ensure technical alignment with delivery teams across the Middle East and the broader organization.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in platform delivery.
- Participate in sales activities to align technical solutions with commercial arrangements.
- Travel as required for projects in the Middle East and globally.
