Delivery and People Lead, HQ Advisory, CSEC

About the role

CSEC is a global function that centralizes delivery across key commercial offerings, combining diverse talent with automation and AI to accelerate commercial excellence. This Delivery and People Lead role leads Advisory delivery teams internationally within CSEC, managing Workday processes, staff, team culture, social events and performance development. As a delivery leader on multiple projects, you work with DTAS senior staff to ensure strong client satisfaction, project outcomes and effective teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Line manager to the CSEC HQ Advisory team in one or more offices (Europe, United States, Mexico and India), managing office communication and team engagement through meetings such as monthly townhalls
• Handle HR and Workday activities: recruitment, performance management with the Development Leader, talent management with HR, and annual performance reviews
• Mentor and coach the team, lead discussions on performance, compensation, bonus and career options, and share subject matter expertise
• Work with global and regional Advisory leadership on headcount, grade distribution and attrition
• Support the adoption of new tools and AI tools, including piloting them in projects and giving feedback to developers
• Lead multiple projects with DTAS Advisory seniors, ensuring high-quality client materials and reports, balancing revenue and resource considerations, and keeping team utilization aligned with budget and timelines
• Manage time, resources and deadlines, escalate risks, and prepare contingency plans
• Provide on-project coaching and leadership, and collaborate with DTAS on the future skill sets needed for CSEC Advisory teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• At least 7-8 years of professional experience in consulting, the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, with evidence of career progression
• Demonstrable experience and commitment to the life sciences and/or healthcare industries
• Proven experience managing a team, recruiting, mentoring and retaining talent
• Deep expertise in at least one consulting area: Commercial Strategy & Transformation, Asset & Portfolio Strategy, Value and Access, Medical Strategy, AI & Advanced Analytics, or Integrated Digital Health
