Data Capturer

About the role

Clicks Group is recruiting a permanent Data Capturer in Roodepoort, Gauteng. The role centres on keeping patient records accurate and confirming delivery details. It is open to candidates with Grade 12 and experience in data capturing and in a pharmacy or medical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Capture new patient information accurately
• Update existing patient records
• Confirm patient contact and delivery details
• Validate delivery addresses
• Check databases for duplicate or incorrect records
• Resolve patient information queries and follow up on them to prevent delivery delays

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric
• 6 months' data capturing experience
• 6 months' pharmacy or medical experience
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures and to work under pressure
• Advantageous: conflict management and negotiation skills, strong interpersonal skills
