Data Analyst – ESG & Sustainability Reporting

About the role

The Data Analyst III supports business teams and management by developing operational metrics, dashboards and reporting. The role focuses on ESG data management, sustainability reporting and delivering impactful visualisations from complex datasets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage ESG data structures and reporting linkages on the Workiva platform across the Group, including integration of acquisitions.
• Develop ESG dashboards and performance insights to track sustainability‑linked loan targets, climate performance and CSI indicators.
• Optimise the ESG data platform, improving automation, data flows, reporting linkages and version control.
• Strengthen ESG data governance through clear definitions, methodologies, calculation protocols and supporting evidence.
• Coordinate Group‑wide ESG data collection for annual reporting, ratings agencies, CDP, regulatory submissions and other key requirements.
• Support climate and GHG emissions data management, including baselines, targets and performance tracking for the Group’s climate transition plan.

Required profile

• 3‑year Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or Finance (equivalent qualification accepted).
• Post‑graduate study or certification in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Carbon Accounting or Sustainability Reporting preferred.
• Experience managing large, complex datasets across multiple stakeholders, business units or regions.
