Data Analyst – Business Insights & Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will turn raw data into actionable insights that support business decisions. The role involves gathering data from multiple sources, identifying patterns and trends, and presenting findings in clear, timely reports for end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the data visualisation and reporting strategy, adhering to policies and processes.
• Develop and design reports that meet stakeholder requirements and are delivered on schedule.
• Transfer knowledge of report structures and functionality to end users.
• Interact with customers in a customer‑centric manner, ensuring their data needs are met.
• Maintain effective self‑management while collaborating within a team environment.

Required profile

• 3‑year degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data, Finance, Economics); postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong mathematical ability and proven analytical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in complex IT environments and manage projects, budgets, and risks.
