Cyber Security Instructor

About the role

We are looking for a Cyber Security Instructor to deliver fully online, hands‑on training to learners ranging from beginners to seasoned professionals. You will guide participants through practical labs, real‑world scenarios and structured curriculum, preparing them for industry certifications and modern cyber roles.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging live training sessions on core cyber topics such as network security, threat analysis, incident response, vulnerability management and secure configuration.
• Facilitate hands‑on labs, exercises, assessments and simulations in a virtual environment.
• Provide individual coaching, mentoring and constructive feedback to support learner progress.
• Maintain accurate learner records, progress tracking and assessment documentation.
• Collaborate with curriculum and training teams to keep course material up‑to‑date with current threats, technologies and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training delivery and learner experience.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in multiple cyber security domains and a passion for teaching.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience preparing learners for industry certifications.
