About the role

Customer‑focused Sales Clerk supporting daily retail operations in a horticulture/agriculture branch, delivering excellent service and driving direct sales while providing professional product advice.

Key responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing agricultural products, providing professional advice.
Support daily retail operations and drive direct sales to meet branch sales targets.

Required profile

National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
Minimum two years of experience in a direct sales environment with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a good understanding of customer service principles.
