Customer Success Manager - SaaS / iPaaS Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and growth of our SaaS and iPaaS solutions for mid‑market and enterprise customers across the United States. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through onboarding, implementation and ongoing success while linking sales, solution architects and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of mid‑market and enterprise accounts in the USA.
• Drive customer adoption, engagement, retention and long‑term growth.
• Conduct strategic discovery sessions to uncover business challenges.
• Identify and qualify opportunities for additional solutions, assessments and professional services.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to design appropriate technical solutions.
• Bridge sales, customer success and technical delivery to ensure a seamless journey.
• Build executive relationships and act as a strategic advisor.
• Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Technical Sales, Solution Consulting or Enterprise Account Management.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, PaaS, integration platforms (iPaaS) and cloud technologies.
