Customer Services Intern

About the role

Corruseal Group is offering a full‑time Customer Services Internship in Cape Town. The role is designed as a structured training programme that equips the intern with the knowledge and practical skills needed to become a Customer Services Administrator within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders and monitor stock levels on the shop floor.
• Assist sales representatives and respond to customer sales queries.
• Support the implementation of the Customer Services Strategy.
• Learn and understand the manufacturing process at the site.
• Administer document flow, ensuring efficient tracking of both hard‑copy and electronic paperwork.
• File, archive, and maintain records.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to customer service activities.

Required profile

• Matriculation with Mathematics and English.
• Preferably a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Management, Operations Management or Supply Chain.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes is an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
