Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a professional, customer‑focused Representative to join Simera’s remote team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services and processes.
• Resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Follow up on requests to confirm full resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal team.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address customer concerns.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, support or call‑center environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
