About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the medical sector. The role focuses on handling consignment stock orders and providing support to customers within the medical space.

Key responsibilities

Process consignment stock orders for medical products.
Utilise Syspro and Orderwise systems to manage order flow.
Handle back‑orders, QWIX transactions and loan set arrangements.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years experience with consignment stock orders in the medical field.
Any tertiary qualification is advantageous.
Prior knowledge of back‑orders, QWIX and loan sets is a plus.
