About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the medical sector. The role focuses on handling consignment stock orders and providing support to customers within the medical space.
Key responsibilities
- Process consignment stock orders for medical products.
- Utilise Syspro and Orderwise systems to manage order flow.
- Handle back‑orders, QWIX transactions and loan set arrangements.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience with consignment stock orders in the medical field.
- Any tertiary qualification is advantageous.
- Prior knowledge of back‑orders, QWIX and loan sets is a plus.
