Customer Service Host (Spanish speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Spanish‑speaking Customer Service Host to join our contact centre team. You will interact with customers through live chat, phone calls and email, delivering high‑quality support and helping to maintain our world‑class service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email and online chat.
• Process and resolve incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment.
• Enter relevant information into databases and complete shift‑assigned tasks.
• Build and manage customer relationships, including cross‑selling products and services.
• Problem‑solve issues during the shift and take full responsibility for customer queries.
• Maintain excellent time management and adhere to scheduled shifts.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by managers or shift supervisors.

Required profile

• Native Spanish speaker with fluent written and verbal English.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shift patterns.
• Clear, confident communication and ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
