Telemarketing Agent – Fixed Term (12 months)

About the role

We are seeking seven highly motivated and target‑driven Telemarketing Agents to join our team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, commencing 1 November 2026. The positions are based onsite at Mutual Park in Pinelands, Cape Town, Western Cape. Compensation includes a market‑related basic salary plus commission, offering a competitive remuneration package. Candidates must be able to work full‑time and demonstrate a strong drive to achieve sales targets through outbound telemarketing activities.
