About the role
Join Betway’s fast‑growing online gaming team as a Customer Service Host. You will be the first point of contact for players, delivering world‑class support across multiple channels and helping to build lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to player inquiries via phone, live chat, email, social media and WhatsApp.
- Strive for first‑contact resolution and meet service level targets.
- Handle communication volume within shift timelines and ensure clean handovers.
- Follow company policies to retain players and promote responsible gambling.
- Complete outbound tasks and liaise with senior agents or floor managers on complex issues.
- Monitor internal systems and report any irregularities.
- Gather player feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall experience.
- Conduct competitor analysis to provide insights for service optimisation.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shift patterns and stay beyond shift hours when needed.
- Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to suggest process improvements.
