About the role

Join our TalentPop team as a bilingual Customer Service Representative, providing exceptional support in German and English. This permanent, 100% remote position lets you assist customers from the comfort of your home office while contributing to a dynamic e‑commerce environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live chat, and email inquiries in German and English.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and deliver effective solutions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Personal computer with a minimum i5 processor.
• Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps upload and download speeds.
