Customer Service (German/English) – 100% Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual German‑English customer service specialist to join our TalentPop App team. You will work 100% from home, handling inbound calls, chats and emails while delivering fast, friendly support to our e‑commerce customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, live chat and email in German and English.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide quick resolutions and follow up on open cases.
• Personalise interactions to understand customer needs and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
