About the role
Join WNS South Africa as a Customer Service Agent focused on travel bookings using the Sabre GDS platform. You will work in a fast‑paced, 24x7 environment, providing high‑quality assistance to customers worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, including bookings, changes, and cancellations.
- Process financial transactions and payments while adhering to security and verification policies.
- Provide travel product recommendations and consultative assistance.
- Identify both stated and unstated customer needs and follow quality metrics.
- Alert management to potential security issues or client complaints.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues within defined timelines.
- Work weekends and shift schedules as required by the 24x7 operation.
Required profile
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment, including weekends.
- Strong dedication to delivering high CSAT scores.
- Ability to follow quality metrics and adhere to process guidelines.
Required skills
- Experience with Sabre GDS (Global Distribution System).
