Customer Service Agent

About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Agent, providing support to international clients across phone, email and chat channels. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, handling inquiries, complaints and product questions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide accurate answers regarding product pricing, availability and specifications.
• Resolve complaints and offer appropriate solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions following established procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Perform data entry tasks across multiple platforms.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a contact‑center or face‑to‑face setting.
• Grade 11 or 12 education.
• Ability to work rotational shifts aligned with USA business hours.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and multitasking abilities.
• Clear criminal and credit background check.

• Good communication and computer proficiency.
