About the role
Join Truworths, a Cape Town‑based clothing retailer with a heritage dating back to 1917, and work as an E‑commerce Call Centre Agent handling inbound calls for fashion delivery orders. You will assist customers in tracking orders, managing their online profiles, and providing timely updates. The role also involves liaising with couriers and stores to capture customer feedback and ensure a high‑quality service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with online profiles and order tracking.
- Coordinate with couriers and stores for customer feedback.
- Maintain high‑quality multimedia correspondence for improved customer relations.
- Administer tasks with speed and accuracy.
- Contribute to departmental performance by responding to customers within specified timelines.
Required profile
- Matric qualification required.
- Clean criminal and credit history.
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a contact centre or similar role.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
