Remote Receptionist

About the role

PJI Law, a fast‑growing boutique U.S. law firm, is seeking a Remote Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients during stressful moments. This full‑time, fully remote position supports the Intake Team and ensures a professional, empathetic client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls within 5 seconds using approved scripts and maintain a warm, professional tone.
• Manage SMS and email communications, document interactions in the CRM, and create new leads when needed.
• Support the Intake Team with scheduling, conflict checks, client agreements, and data entry.
• Maintain accurate records, assist with process documentation, and handle general administrative duties during quieter periods.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a calm, professional demeanor.
• Fluent spoken and written US English, strong grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently from home, stay focused, and avoid personal social media during work hours.
• Growth mindset, ownership of work, and desire for career advancement within the firm.
