Customer Care Representative (Boksburg)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Care Representative to join our team in Jet Park, Boksburg. In this position you will handle customer orders and quotations, build strong relationships, and support the sales and distribution network to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and generate timely quotations with proactive follow‑up.
• Identify and drive parts sales through customer engagement, marketing initiatives and collaboration with sales teams.
• Manage customer queries, complaints and order communications, ensuring professional resolution.
• Support distributor performance, investigate customer credits and uphold quality assurance processes.
• Oversee consignment activities, including returns, KPI monitoring and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain customer data in internal systems and provide operational support for efficient business performance.
• Administer B2B portals such as Coupa and Ariba for consignment customers, meeting response and invoicing deadlines.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification or diploma with experience in customer service or internal sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle conflict and resolve complaints quickly and professionally.
• Demonstrated work ethic, respect and passion for building lasting customer relationships.

Required skills

• Computer literacy with good knowledge of M3 ERP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using B2B procurement portals such as Coupa and Ariba.
