About the role

The Customer Call Centre Agent will serve as the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, handling a high volume of inbound calls. The role combines administrative duties with customer service, ensuring that callers receive accurate information and timely assistance while maintaining detailed records of each interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record keeping for call centre activities.
• Answer inbound calls from internal departments and external customers, maintaining a professional and courteous tone.
• Respond to a wide range of queries, delivering clear and accurate information or directing callers to the appropriate resource.
• Maintain up‑to‑date call logs and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system after each interaction.
• Schedule appointments, follow‑up calls, and assist with the preparation of routine reports as required.

• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple calls efficiently.
• High attention to detail for accurate administrative processing and record maintenance.
• Professional demeanor and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with standard office software and CRM tools.
