Corporate Travel Agent / Consultant

About the role

Our client, a well‑established manufacturing company in Paarl, is seeking a proactive Corporate Travel Agent to manage national and international travel for project staff, management and executives. The role requires a travel‑savvy professional who can respond quickly to emergencies and ensure seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and book flights, accommodation, and ground transportation for multiple concurrent travel requests.
• Handle visa applications and related travel documentation for international trips.
• Maintain accurate travel records, monitor budgets, and track expenses.
• Provide travel assurance confirmations and support senior agents and travelers.
• Be on standby every second weekend for travel and accommodation emergencies.

Required profile

• Matric qualification with 3‑5 years experience in international corporate travel.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Valid driver’s licence, own car, and clear criminal and credit record.

Required skills

• Proficiency with travel booking systems such as Amadeus or Galileo.
