Corporate Financial Consultant

About the role

Bayport Financial Services is looking for a Corporate Financial Consultant based in Port Elizabeth. The consultant helps corporate employees improve their financial wellbeing by assessing their financial situation, offering consolidation and/or personal loan solutions and teaching basic principles of good financial health. The role also contributes to the company's growth and profitability by offering Money Solutions products and services to corporate employees in line with its corporate strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist corporate employees in improving their financial wellbeing
• Evaluate employees' financial situations
• Provide consolidation and/or personal loan solutions
• Educate employees on basic principles of good financial health
• Offer Money Solutions products and services to corporate employees in line with Bayport's corporate strategy

Required profile

• Bachelor of Commerce or a relevant NQF Level 7 qualification in Finance or Marketing-related fields
• Reasonable understanding of personal finance, debt and savings
• Ability to explain basic financial concepts to others
• Passion and desire to help people in financial distress
• Willingness to work flexible hours and to travel and stay away from home for two to three months
