About the role

We are seeking a diligent Conveyancing Secretary to support a well‑established law firm in Pretoria East. The role focuses on managing conveyancing files and coordinating bond registrations for clients.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and file conveyancing documents in accordance with legal requirements.
Coordinate bond registration processes with major banks.
Liaise with clients, attorneys, and financial institutions to ensure smooth transaction flow.
Maintain accurate client records and update case files.
Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with statutory timelines.

Required profile

Matric qualification.
Minimum three years’ experience as a conveyancing secretary in a law firm.
Proven experience handling bond registrations for a major bank.
Strong communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle (beneficial).
