About the role
We are seeking a senior conveyancing secretary or attorney to join our Pretoria East office. The role involves handling property transfers, bond registrations and cancellations for major banks.
Key responsibilities
- Drafting conveyancing documents (transfers, bond registrations and cancellations) for Nedbank and FNB.
- Managing general conveyancing administration and maintaining client liaison.
Required profile
- Presentable, professional female fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Matric/Grade 12 with recent, strong conveyancing experience at a law firm.
- Experience in transfers, bond registrations and cancellations (Nedbank, FNB).
- Ability to work independently, draft all relevant documentation.
- Computer literate in Lexis Nexis and E4.
- Clear criminal record, strong typing skills, non‑smoker.
- Valid driver’s licence with own vehicle and stable employment record.
- Preferably residing in or near Pretoria East and available to start immediately.

What we offer
- Net monthly salary of R 28 000 (negotiable based on experience).
