Contract Controller

About the role

The Contract Controller will manage all service and maintenance contracts for Transport Solutions, ensuring operational client requirements are met and contract processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee managed maintenance authorisations for service, repair and maintenance (R&M) contracts.
• Draw up, communicate and manage the process flow of R&M contracts.
• Maintain the master file of all truck service and maintenance contracts.
• Verify monthly billing from Avis, ensure validity and process goodwill adjustments.
• Process invoicing and issue official order numbers to independent dealers and suppliers for breakdowns.
• Analyse and report cost‑per‑kilometre rates, contract extensions, early termination penalties and service history as required.
• Provide operational and market inputs, support month‑end reporting and assist with debtor and creditor queries.

Required profile

• Diploma in Office Administration, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field (advanced diploma advantageous).
• Minimum 2 years workshop administrative experience in the vehicle industry, including job costing.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities to manage large volumes of contracts and breakdown cases.
