Content & Newsletter Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Content & Newsletter Specialist to join a fast‑growing sports‑tech company. The role is fully remote and supports US EST working hours. You will transform programming data into engaging newsletters for coaches, players, and clubs while ensuring sponsor content is integrated naturally.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and organize weekly coach, player, and metro newsletters.
• Write short paragraphs of local racket‑sports news and weekly "what to play" recommendations.
• Coordinate with programming and team data to select events, clinics, leagues, and social opportunities.
• Integrate paid sponsor placements accurately within newsletters.
• Track newsletter performance metrics such as opens, clicks, and sponsor delivery.
• Maintain a clean content calendar and weekly publishing checklist.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content writing, copywriting, or email‑marketing management.
• Exceptional written English with a community‑focused tone.
• Strong operational discipline and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret marketplace inventory into compelling copy.

Required skills

• Beehiiv – advanced level for newsletter creation, deployment, and analytics.
• Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (Excel/Sheets) for tracking metrics and managing calendars.
• Internal communication tools such as Slack or WhatsApp.
