Content Manager

About the role

STS Capital Partners is seeking a seasoned Content Manager to own the full content lifecycle—from strategy and creation to performance analysis. The role supports the firm’s mission to guide private and entrepreneurial owners toward extraordinary exits, while amplifying the brand’s voice across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead content projects from briefing through creation, approval, publishing, and measurement.
• Manage the content intake process, refine briefs, conduct audits, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Plan and execute quarterly messaging campaigns aligned with marketing and business priorities.
• Partner with analytics and community teams to develop insight‑driven content strategies.
• Guard the STS brand voice, ensuring consistency across all communications.
• Research new storytelling angles, edit and proofread all content for clarity and quality.
• Repurpose existing assets into infographics, social media posts, and website materials.
• Monitor and report performance on LinkedIn, Mailchimp, and the STS website, using insights to improve results.
• Track industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new content opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong editorial, communications, or content‑marketing background.
• Proven experience managing content across multiple digital platforms.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute digital content marketing strategies.
• Effective multitasking skills with the capacity to manage competing priorities.
