Contact Centre Trainer

About the role

Join TTC’s world‑class Contact Centre team as a Trainer, responsible for delivering high‑impact learning experiences that enable agents to provide exceptional customer service. You will design, facilitate, and evaluate training programmes that support operational excellence across all TTC brands.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding programmes aligned with global learning standards.
• Facilitate regional, system, product, process and brand up‑skilling sessions.
• Assess learning needs using data, quality insights and operational trends.
• Design and implement targeted learning interventions to close capability gaps.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve curricula.
• Partner with performance teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
