About the role

We are looking for a remote Appointment Setter to manage inbound lead follow‑up, qualify prospects, and keep our sales closers focused on the best opportunities. The role requires fast, organized phone outreach and the ability to move high‑volume leads through the sales process efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Call pre‑approved leads, prioritising the strongest prospects first.
• Contact newly booked leads promptly to confirm logistics and qualify them before hand‑off.
• Re‑engage qualified leads through consistent follow‑up.
• Screen lower‑quality or borderline leads and decide whether they stay on a closer’s calendar or are rerouted.
• Confirm appointment details and ensure prospects have the correct call information.
• Build early rapport with prospects to enable a smooth, high‑touch handoff.
• Ask qualification questions about readiness and investment ability.
• Move leads between calendars or next steps based on quality and readiness.
• Maintain high daily activity, speed, consistency and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communicator with excellent phone presence.
• Calm, confident and pleasant when speaking with prospects.
• Comfortable handling high‑volume outreach each day.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple live lead situations.
• Consistently follows defined processes.
• Proactive, dependable and performance‑oriented.
• Works well within a structured, accountable environment.
