Customer Service Supervisor - Southern Africa

About the role

The Customer Service Supervisor will lead the Member Services team in delivering exceptional experiences to Herbalife members across Southern Africa. This position focuses on coaching, performance management, and aligning daily operations with regional business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and coach the Member Services team to ensure high‑quality inbound and outbound interactions.
• Drive member engagement through coaching, awareness, and education initiatives.
• Achieve service targets and monitor performance metrics to develop improvement strategies.
• Maintain strong team knowledge for effective first‑point call handling.
• Oversee agent development, succession planning, and team motivation.
• Ensure efficient operations that meet customer needs and reflect Herbalife brand values.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a customer‑focused service industry, preferably international.
• At least 2 years leading teams in a contact‑center or similar environment.
• Proven record of delivering exceptional customer service and handling complaints.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel for reporting and dashboards.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional proficiency in English and willingness to travel, including occasional weekends.
