Concierge Partner – Client Support (On‑Site)

About the role
Consilio is seeking a Concierge Partner to join its global Concierge Services team. You will provide on‑site, high‑quality support to exclusive clients, helping them navigate the eDiscovery platform, resolve access issues, and complete account‑related requests.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients via phone and email with login, navigation, searches, exports and advanced system features.
- Deliver live training on system usage, including search execution and data export.
- Process account‑creation, project‑access and other client‑service requests promptly.
- Escalate complex technical or account issues to Concierge Leadership or relevant internal teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
- Fluent in English and at least one additional language (German, Mandarin, Cantonese, French or Spanish).
- 2‑3 years of experience in customer service, technical support, legal, government, financial or hospitality environments.
- Strong digital intelligence and literacy, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Required skills
- Operating systems: Windows and macOS.
- Microsoft 365 suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint.
- Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, NUIX) – preferred.
- Experience with user‑access tools such as Active Directory and Azure – preferred.
