Computer Application Studies Educator (FET) – Talent Pool

About the role

SPARK Schools is seeking dynamic educators to join its talent pool as Computer Application Studies teachers for the FET phase. You will deliver blended learning experiences, combining classroom instruction with online delivery, to prepare scholars for matriculation and future careers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, teach and co‑teach face‑to‑face and distance lessons in Computer Application Studies.
• Collaborate with grade‑level and content partners to design rigorous, inquiry‑based learning experiences.
• Develop and administer formative and termly assessments, analyse data and intervene to support student growth.
• Lead social and emotional development sessions through the Character Quotient programme.
• Design and monitor programmes for low‑performing and high‑performing scholars.
• Participate in place‑based education, career guidance and tertiary pathway activities.
• Implement behaviour management strategies and contribute to SPARK’s school culture.
• Engage in scheduled professional development and communicate effectively with colleagues, scholars and parents.

Required profile

• Content expertise in Computer Application Studies for the FET phase.
