Community Manager (Remote)

About the role

Greenpark is seeking a remote Community Manager to nurture and grow engaged communities of diamond lovers across the United States. You will be the voice of the brand on social platforms, fostering meaningful conversations and ensuring a positive experience for community members.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage discussion threads on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit and other platforms.
• Engage with community members in an on‑brand tone, answering questions and sparking deeper conversations.
• Identify and act on opportunities for deeper engagement, such as advice requests or product inquiries.
• Flag trending topics, FAQs, or sensitive comments to content teams.
• Track engagement metrics and community sentiment to inform content strategy.
• Stay up‑to‑date on diamond and jewellery trends to provide timely, relevant responses.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media or online communities (in‑house, agency or freelance).
• Strong written communication skills with an adaptable, on‑brand tone.
• Interest or knowledge of diamonds, fine jewellery, or luxury lifestyle content.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to monitor platforms and respond within agreed windows, including occasional evenings or weekends.
• Alignment with Greenpark’s values of striving, acting together and kindness.
