About the role
Old Mutual is looking for self-motivated, dynamic people with an entrepreneurial spirit to join its team in Boksburg. The role champions customers' lifetime goals by identifying their financial needs, giving sound financial advice and recommending and implementing fit-for-purpose financial plans and solutions. It is a commission-based position working mainly on your own leads.
Key responsibilities
- Procure new business
- Expand sales of products and services with existing customers
- Work mainly on your own leads
Required profile
- NQF Level 5 qualification (Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate) or equivalent
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial attitude
Required skills
- Consultative selling and strategic selling
- Direct selling and prospect qualification
- Sales data management and sales software
- Building trust and strengthening customer relationships
