Commercial Sales Accountant

About the role

Talentfuse is recruiting on behalf of a fast‑paced FMCG/manufacturing organisation for a Sales Finance Accountant. The role sits at the intersection of Finance, Commercial and Operations, ensuring pricing, costing and invoicing integrity while supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Support local and international finance teams with invoice auditing, month‑end reporting and billing query resolution.
• Calculate and maintain accurate cost of sales in the ERP system and keep pricing structures up‑to‑date.
• Monitor billing accuracy across internal ERP and external platforms, ensuring commercial agreements are correctly applied.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Back‑Office teams to identify process gaps, implement improvements and drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Oversee daily and monthly financial transactions, reconcile ERP entries and monitor overhead, labour and raw‑material costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with exposure to costing, pricing and invoicing.
• Experience with ERP systems and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
