Cold Store Administrator - Night Shift

About the role
We’re hiring a Cold Store Administrator for the night shift (17:00‑02:00) at a leading seafood processing and distribution company in Montague Gardens. You will support the smooth running of cold‑store operations during night hours.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain staff attendance records and manage timesheets
- Coordinate HR documentation and service‑provider management
- Process SAP purchase orders and manage Chep pallet control with reconciliations
- Oversee stock procurement and documentation control
- Produce reports and liaise across departments
Required profile
- Vibrant, hardworking, loyal team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Excel and admin experience (3‑5 years)
- Warehouse/cold‑store background preferred
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work night shifts
